Unik Works brings Paris Bánh Mì to Indiana for the very first time, designing and constructing a space where global franchise identity meets local expression.

 

Opening in 2026, the Fishers location introduces the acclaimed Florida-born concept to the Midwest, blending authentic Vietnamese flavors with French-inspired café culture.

The design captures the duality of tradition and modernity. Lush botanical murals, layered textures, and sculptural seating create a vibrant, contemporary environment, while warm tones and crafted details evoke a sense of comfort and familiarity. Light and material are choreographed to transition effortlessly from a lively daytime café to a welcoming evening gathering place.
