Okonori - Carmel
We intend to simulate a modern, luxurious environment through this high-end Japanese kitchen, elevating culinary experiences and expanding palates in Carmel. Our mission is to present a unique blend of flavors through contemporary renditions of authentic dishes that encourage, excite, and inspire. Through Okonori, we seek to redefine the dining experience within our shared community. Opening Fall 2025.

Paris Banh Mi - Fishers, IN
We are hopeful in expanding our presence with this new location amid the vibrant growth of the Fishers District. At Paris Banh Mi, we revere the historical narrative of the bánh mì - an enduring Vietnamese sandwich that evolved from the French baguette during the colonial era. Paris Banh Mi seeks to reimagine this staple through modern yet understated varieties, each woven with a distinctly Vietnamese thread of flavor.
