In shaping Kyuramen’s second Indianapolis location, we once again drew from the franchise’s iconic design vocabulary of honeycomb seating and layered architectural depth. This new space builds upon that language with subtle evolutions: the honeycomb façades are refined with softer tonal contrasts, while custom wood accents bring warmth and intimacy to the expansive layout.

Private booth seating, framed by traditional noren curtains, reappears as a familiar gesture of seclusion and authenticity, balanced against the vibrant energy of the main dining floor. A newly constructed feature wall integrates textured lighting and material interplay, offering guests both a visual anchor and a refreshed atmosphere unique to Lake Circle Drive.

As in its predecessor, symbolism remains central. A Torii-inspired structure punctuates the space—not as a repetition, but as a reimagined threshold—inviting guests into an environment that is as photogenic as it is experiential.

This second Kyuramen location extends the brand’s ethos of craftsmanship and community. By pairing casual approachability with thoughtful, handcrafted details, the space reinforces the franchise’s culinary identity while carving out its own presence in the city’s dining landscape.
